Welcome to Levendis Estate.
At Levendis Estate on the Greek island of Ithaca, our 2013 season will stretch from late March to 31st October, giving an extra two months for family holidays and romantic honeymoons. Neither a villa holiday nor a five star resort, Levendis uniquely combines the best attributes of both with a wide variety of services and activities to provide luxury escape holidays and soul-recharging fun holidays for tired parents and energetic children. 2012 tariff offers are continued into 2013, additional children’s activities are on the drawing board and, as always, our hallmark attention to your individual holiday needs begins when you first contact us.

Your total wellness, slow travel and slow food are among our priorities. You will enjoy organic foods, fresh produce from our gardens, preserves and pantry items, and our health care produce range. Our chef will share her recipes during cooking classes and her creative talents provide a tantalizing menu. Choose to exercise with yoga and pilates, take to our fitness trail or enjoy the more hedonistic pleasure of our therapeutic massage treatments.

Cycling holidays give everyone in the family the opportunity of discovering the island taking to the slow road, especially delightful during spring wildflower months. Walking tracks are mapped for those preferring to explore mountain pathways independently whilst our guide will recreate Homer’s stories, taking you on an entertaining adventure to the nearby archeological site of Ulysses’ castle.

Alternatively, simply be in our tranquil environment, read endlessly, find a hammock in the shade at siesta time, swim all afternoon, wander down the track to our local café-restaurant to dine under the stars………
